Next Soccer Season Starts Soon!

  VYSA was created with a vision of making sure all soccer and its resources were developed locally. The Founders of this organization started with AYSO (the largest soccer organization in the United States). The 6 pillars of AYSO in which we incorporated into our philosophy. Everyone Plays, Positive Coaching, and Development. Visalia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) is a non-profit, recreational and developmental youth soccer league, as Visalia’s largest youth recreational soccer program, our vision is to bring out the best in our players, both on and off the field. We promote the development of basic skills that will create a solid soccer foundation to build on. As each player progresses, they will continue to build on those skills in order to reach their full potential individually. 

The Fall Rec League is dedicated to facilitating the growth of youth soccer at a grass roots level by providing a fun and challenging environment with emphasis on teamwork, competition, and the LOVE for this beautiful game. Fall league play will be offered at Riverway Sports Park in Visalia, Ca. The league runs from the latter half of August until early November with All Stars following the end of the season. We offer competition for all levels of ability. VYSA will also hold tryouts after season for anyone interested in travel soccer with Central Valley Premier FC.

For our U8-U12 we hold a draft for the teams and coaches to ramp up the season with some excitement. VYSA is dedicated to facilitating the growth of youth soccer at a grass roots level by providing a fun and challenging environment with emphasis on teamwork, competition, and the LOVE for this beautiful game. Spring league play will be offered at Riverway Sports Park in Visalia. The league runs from the end of February to the beginning of May. We offer competition for all levels of ability. VYSA will also hold tryouts after season for anyone interested in travel soccer with Central Valley Premier FC.

 The Fall All-Star Program is designed to put players performing at a high level during the fall season together to encourage development at a similar pace. We are also working toward bringing back those South Valley rivalries between communities like Lemoore, Tulare, Hanford, and Porterville.

Each year our goal is to make sure that No Rec Match Goes Without A Referee!! We have done a very good job of making that happen. The next portion is to make sure that all referees are qualified to ref the match they are working. We are always looking for individuals interested in learning the referee position.

The Tuesday before each season start day, we bring all players out to Riverway for an evening of drills and camaraderie with our rec and competitive coaches. The evening is a hit and gives us a chance to see everyone in their new uniforms. Coaches make sure to wear your new coach shirt as well.
